Terms of Service
Effective September 3, 2026. These plain-language terms describe how you may use Pawparazzi.
The service
Pawparazzi lets you create AI-generated pet portraits from a photo you provide. Available portrait styles, formats, and account features may change over time.
Accounts
Keep your account information accurate and protect your sign-in credentials. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Acceptable use
Use Pawparazzi lawfully and respectfully. Do not upload content you do not have permission to use, attempt to disrupt the service, or use the service to infringe another person’s rights.
Your uploads and permissions
You keep your rights in the photos you upload. By uploading a photo, you confirm you have the permissions needed for Pawparazzi and its service providers to process it solely to provide the requested portrait.
AI output
AI-generated portraits can vary. We do not guarantee a particular creative result, likeness, style outcome, availability, or suitability for a particular purpose. Please review outputs before sharing or using them.
Subscriptions and billing
Pawparazzi Plus is $5 per month, billed monthly, for HD, watermark-free output. You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals. Charges, taxes, and billing details are presented through the hosted checkout before you complete a purchase.
Cancellation
You can cancel Pawparazzi Plus at any time to stop future renewals. If you cancel, Plus access continues through the end of your current billing period. Cancellation does not create a refund for a period already billed unless required by applicable law or stated during checkout.
No guarantees
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Pawparazzi does not make warranties about uninterrupted operation, particular outputs, or fitness for a specific use.
